I started testing the NEWA Skin Tightening a device just over a month ago. Now, I want to share with you my results as well as run a competition for you to win your own device worth £350!
To recap what the device is and what it does, please visit my first post.
So let me share with you my thoughts after using this device for a month and also a before and after photo.
1. The NEWA device is not at all uncomfortable to use and is actually quite relaxing. It warms up and you move the device continuously. If you slack off and don’t move it, that is when you may feel the heat on one area and it can hurt (I did this when I was engrossed with what I was watching). But as long as you keep moving it, it is not at all uncomfortable.
2. For the first month you have to use it for 5 days a week with the weekends off. I admit I missed a handful a sessions over the month just because you know, life takes over. If you are good with skincare then you won’t have a problem – it takes a few minutes for each area and you can treat as few as just 2 areas if you want. I personally did the cheek area and jaw on both sides which only took about 20 minutes (with clean up) each time. I did this when I was watching TV.
3. The gel is will last you for just over a month – you have to be generous with it, HOWEVER, after the first month you only have to use it twice a week so you will use less after the initial month.
That’s about it. The device is very easy to use, there’s nothing complicated about it.
So my main areas of concern are my smile lines and the corners of my mouth.
After a month of usage I’ve noticed the lines look more obvious are are less deep. You can’t expect eradication obviously but my face and cheeks look a lot more plump and youthful too. In these pictures I can really see a difference, perhaps it is more obvious in real life too. Even my husband says I am looking younger!
Before an After:
You can see my smile lines look like the start further away from my nose and are less apparent. The same for the area at the corners of my mouth. I am really happy with the result because to me, they are now less apparent in my day to day life and it didn’t take any needles!
The NEWA device is sold
