It’s not often that I love something from my Korean make up hauls (I can’t stop trying out new things, BUT I don’t find that many can’t-live-without-products from there). Anyway, I need to share this with you quickly before they disappear forever – Tony Moly’s Summer Bikini Collection eyeshadow sticks. There are 6 altogether, I don’t have second Tangerine shade as I can’t seem to locate it anywhere, and I don’t have Sapphie Bikini which is blue – I may try and find it though.
Here they are!
This unassuming chunky eye crayon is brilliant for metallic, glittery eye colour lovers.
I have 5 shades – Nude (pale all over colour), Leopard (I LOVE IT SO MUCH – an orange bronze), Floral (pinky) and Holics (chocolate brown). All of these colours are nicely useable and wearable apart from Floral which might the too pink for some, but I kind of like it with browns.
SORRY ABOUT THE MUCKY PICTURE ABOVE. Not too grimy I hope.
What I love about these crayons is:
1. They are really sparkly and glittery – if you like that kind of thing. I love it personally, and they are so so so glittery without looking too party-ish and of course without the hassle of using an actual pigment or glitter.
2. It’s very long lasting – as soon as it has set it’s very hard to rub off so you get all the sparkly goodness without fall out and creasing.
3. The colours are lovely as mentioned above I find them very wearable and can be used on top of powder.
I tried to capture the prettiness but its hard:
The downside? I believe these are LE as I am already having trouble locating back ups online. Also, because they are chunky crayons, they get blunter as you use them and its harder to get precise colour (oh well, just have to blend it in with a brush!). Thirdly, like a lot of Korean brands I have used, the packaging isn’t perfect – two of the colours above fell out of the pen entirely when I received it but luckily, it hadn’t gone hard, and I pushed it back into the pen and it works fine. But I definitely have more packaging issues with Korean cosmetics than Japanese.
All in all…I am going to grab back ups where I can – these pencils are gorgeous and long lasting and just a real favourite of mine.
*Purchased by me, around £5 each from eBay.

Tony Moly is not a so-high quality Korean brand I agree, but there are a lot of high end Korean brands that I love 🙂 Try iope, laneige, hera,lirikos,sum37 etc. their packaging and quality is really amazing :))
